Maintenance Mechanic
Under general supervision, analyze problems and find a solution, perform building and plant maintenance tasks. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, fixtures, and equipment.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of machinery, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repair. Good knowledge of equipment, methods, and materials used in routine painting, carpentry, and construction. Ability to read and understand repair manuals and drawings. Apply proper safety practices and follow procedures while performing maintenance tasks. Operate power tools and mechanical equipment effectively and safely. Machine safety and Lockout/Tagout training.

.Net Developer
Compulink is seeking a Web/.Net developer. The developer will be responsible for projects from design to implementation in a manufacturing environment. This person should have strong communication skills and have experience in leading and mentoring other developers.
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE we are looking for include the following:
• Visual Studio 2005 and/or Visual Studio 2008
• C# or VB.Net
• SQL Server Stored Procedures
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Language Integrated Query (LINQ)
• Distributed environments
• Smart Client Software Factory and or Composite Application Block (optional)
• Web Development using ASP.Net / AJAX / SharePoint (optional)
• Exposure to non-Microsoft technologies: Java, Open Source tools (optional)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, code, test and implement software to resolve business challenges in a manufacturing environment.
• Understand business processes that are supported by the software for which you are responsible.
• Provide technical advice, code reviews and assistance to other programmers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of advancing technologies. Identify applicable solutions and implement with existing networks when appropriate.
• Participate and/or be responsible for the roll out and on time delivery of developed applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience. 8+ years industry experience as a software developer using Microsoft Tools and Technologies, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Process Engineer
Evaluate, research, develop, maintain, monitor and update engineering and quality processes to assure fiber optic product development, product flow and product quality utilizing up-to-date engineering methods. Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to create processes and procedures that are product specific and institute control systems to enhance fiber optic product consistency, quality standards and cost and schedule adherence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assess existing and new processes for their relevance and adequacy of engineering equipment
• Design, install and commission new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades and troubleshoot existing processes
• Prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts
• Manage cost and time constraints of projects
• Evaluate drawings, schematics, bills of material and contracts to assess production viability
• Monitor production activity to assure compliance to established processes.
• Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications:
BSEE, BSIE, BSME or BSEET with 5-7 years in a high volume production facility. Experience with fiber optic assembly manufacturers preferred.

Maintenance Technician
Under general supervision, perform building and plant maintenance tasks. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, fixtures, and equipment. Be able to repair applicators-follow up on a stamping die and bench mounted punch presses. Must be computer literate. Knowledge of basic machinery and electrical repair.

Engineering Technicians - Experienced
Knowledge of cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing. Develop assembly procedures. Trouble shoot faliures for root cause. Approve preliminary drawings. Review customized prints. Research tooling required.

Quality Assurance Technicians
Perform process, product and internal system audits. Perform receiving inspection on materials as required. Evaluate and process customer returned material and nonconforming incoming material. Perform and/or verify internal calibration of tools and equipment as required. Assist production in problem solving. Effective experience as Senior Inspector. Thorough understanding of applied electrical and/or optical principles.

Quality Inspectors
Inspect and test cable assemblies and products efficiently, while maintaining order status. Work with minimal supervision. Inspect to QCI guidelines, CompuLink's workmanship standards, and requirements specified by documentation. General math skill, able to count and measure. Ability to take direction, follow systemic procedures, and pay attention to detail. Ability to operate test machines and understand fundamental electrical or optical properties. Must have mil spec and mil standard experience. Experience in-process quality inspection of wire and cable harness assemblies for military products. IPC certification and solder and crimp experience preferred.
